TiGenix processes the personal data provided by you, i.e. the data subject, for the purpose of responding to queries, solving doubts and attending suggestions we receive from you.
Should TiGenix wish to further process the personal data for a purpose other than the one for which the personal data were obtained (as defined above), you will be informed, prior to any further processing, of said new purpose as well as any other relevant further information.

Data provided by you may be communicated to our affiliates as well as to third party service providers when necessary to meet the purposes of processing, such as technology service providers. Your data may also be communicated to the other partners of the SEPCELL consortium as well as the institutions of the European Union. In no event shall your data shall be disclosed to third parties for their own independent marketing or business purposes without your consent, unless in such cases where permitted by the law or due to a request from judicial, regulatory or governmental authorities.

That period may be extended by two more months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
